2017 Oyster Harvest!

Our December '17 harvest is here! What a great way to conclude an excellent year of river-cruising & oyster farming. This harvest has brought some plump, tasty Rock Oysters into our stock. Hard work pays off! You can taste these delicacies as part of our cruise + lunch packages, but they're also available for dine-in / take-away from the Birdsbay Cafe. If you're an oyster lover, rest assured that there's nothing better than fresh from a local farm!
